I've said it before and I'll say it again: my girls are growing up way too fast.
Ellie turned five this summer and Piper turned two. I've threatened to take away their birthdays if they keep growing like they have but for some reason they don't believe me.
Family and friends were generous and gave the girls some super fun gifts. We even gave in to constant begging and pleading for Barbies. Ellie even got one with red hair just like hers and the promptly named her Christine and started hauling her everywhere we go. Piper got a baby doll that she love love loves. I'd say their parties were a big success.
